Gather the following items:
  • A signed hard copy of the online submission confirmation page
  • The UPC label from the box (photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the barcode from product packaging will not be accepted)
  • A copy of your customer invoice, showing the date of purchase, radio models and eligible serial numbers from your Vertex Standard Authorized

Rebate redemptions must be postmarked on or before 12/30/2011 to qualify. Redemptions cannot be sent P.O. Boxes. Please allow 4-6 weeks from receipt of your submission for to receive your rebates.

Promotion Period: 10/17/11 – 12/16/11: End users must take delivery of the qualifying radios between the dates of 10/17/11 and 12/16/11 to be eligible for the offer.
